Dark-Dense-Delicious flavors of blackberry, cassis and blueberries complemented with notes of dark milk chocolate, this is sweet and viscous in the mouth, blanketing the palate with a fine, velvety tannin. This is another GOLD Medal wine produced from the Dutton Ranch in the cold end of Sebastopol.  The block is called, "the shop block," and produces the lovely guava, grassy, tropical juice to make a really kick-ass-sauvy!!  Grown in the Green Valley of Russian River Valley it is primarily surrounded by old growth redwood trees, ancient apple orchards and wild blackberry bushes.  It is really a wild area and produces such a stellar wine every year.  This is my favorite.

Become a true believer wth this latest release of our Late Harvest Botrytisized Chardonnay from Piper Ranch on the rocky cliffs above the Pacific Ocean above the town of Manchester, CA. This ranch is on ground that is the farthest most western point of the Continental United Stated - how's that for extremes? 

Conditions were perfect in 2012 for botrytis - lots of rain on very sweet, ripe grapes and POOF! the mold  bloomed out of control.  The wine is truly fit for Kings - mushroom, honey, pear, apple, vanilla cream.  Try this wine with cake or something sweet and it will rock your world!! My favorite pairing is with white cake, whipped cream frosting and raspberry filling - it is to die for!!

Try a taste of this lovely wine and your summertime eveinings will be much more fun!!  Serve this with ice and enjoy the guava, orange blossom, tangarine and citrus flavors.

This wine is Ambrosia (nectar of the Gods)!  It is absoluitely D-I-V-I-N-E! Truly sweet and decadent.  Dense aromas of pear, peach, apricot, apple & creme brule on a long, gorgeous - mouth watering finish!  Give this wine a try and you will agree.  We are only able to make this wine during the years when conditions are right, cold nights, cool days and it must rain on the grapes to make the "rot" begin.  Once that happens, then the grapes to dry out for about 2 weeks before we can pick them.  By picking date, the grapes are black and scary looking!  We only made 24 cases, so get it before it's all gone!! Results are 12% alcohol and 15% residual sugar.

Succlent and bright fruit compliment this lovely Pinot Noir.  Fruit is true Russian River with bright Cherry candy and dense spice characters.  75% new oak contributes rich toast, vanilla, clive, anniseed and cola berry.  You will love this wine and find it difficult to share with others!!
