2007 Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
![]() Our newest Zinfandel released in January, 2010. Another juicy selection from our favorite vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. This Zinfandel grows on the bench just above the valley floor on West Dry Creek Road in Dry Creek Valley just north-west of Healdsburg. I love this rich wine's fruity and floral components. It is developing superbly, and should drink lovely for the next 3-5 years. The wine is very concentrated and has dense fruit flavors complemented by smoky oak aromas and flavors. Our wine was aged in small French and American oak barrels for 15 months prior to bottling and then aged 6 months prior to release. You will love this classic Zinfandel. Winemaker’s Notes:
