Nancy's Pulled Pork Shoulder

Ingredients:
Use one pork shoulder roast, about 10 lbs.
Rub pork with ground garlic, season salt, lemon pepper
Place in crock pot with 2 cups BBQ Sauce, 2 cups fire roasted salsa, 2 cups wine (white or rose).
Cover crock pot and set to cook on high for 6 hours, THEN set crock pot to slow cook for 8 hours.
After 15 hours cook time turn off and allow to cool - 5 hours, place in refrigerator.
Next day, remove any pork fat with spoon. Use large spoon to separate meet into shredded pork.
Add 2 cups BBQ sauce and heat for serving in crock pot. keep on Low during serving.
